Base decal holders* (ready for your choice of either 2.7 inch NFC or beer style plate) and bundles to make a complete system.

These are 3d Printed in either PLA or PETG (specified in the product description).  Note 3d printing is not perfect.  There are layer lines and variability in texture.  The utmost effort has been made to minimise this but be aware this isn't regarded as a defect.
